If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file your claim. This does not transfer responsibility of your financial obligation to the insurance company or to our office. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
Our doctors are Specialists and do not participate in any insurance plans, DMO or discount dental groups. We are considered to be “out of network” for all insurance plans. Your dental policy may have limitations and waiting periods for our services. Please review the insurance benefits that you or your employer purchased prior to your visit.
We will attempt to verify your dental coverage and obtain information regarding your insurance benefits when you arrive at our office. Please understand that most pretreatment estimates cannot be obtained immediately. For our patients with confirmed, traditional dental plans that pay out of network providers directly, we ask that they pay 50% of our fee, at the time of service. Upon completion of the procedure, we will submit the claim to the appropriate insurance company. If the benefits paid by the insurance company are less than the remaining 50%, we will bill you for the balance due. We expect full payment of your account within 30 days of our office filing your claim. Should the insurance benefits received in our office exceed the balance due, we will promptly issue a refund to you in the form of our check for the overpayment.
